Stephen assists in the management of the technical and quality aspects of the asbestos consultancy business. This includes, but is not limited to tendering for work, project management, Quality management, Client liaison, report preparation & review and development of personnel. Value for money and meeting deadlines are key to the day-to-day operations and my works achieves both of these aspects for the Client.

Andy leads our team of asbestos surveyors in the North West from our Warrington Head Office and is responsible for providing leadership and staff development for our asbestos consultants within Pennington Choices. He has over 20 years’ experience at all levels within the asbestos consulting and compliance industry.
Having worked with a diverse range of clients ranging from The Palace of Westminster, Shell, and Symphony Housing Group is a trusted and proven asbestos consultant capable of ensuring our quality standards across all asbestos services.
Andy is a trusted asbestos consultant who has led as senior surveyor and project manager for a number of housing associations throughout his career. The wealth of experience Andy has acquired during his time in the asbestos industry has given him the necessary expertise to deliver Pennington Choices’ asbestos sampling, surveying, waste management, construction, risk management, monitoring and refurbishment services throughout the north west.

As Laboratory Manager Prashanth is responsible for the co-ordination of activities throughout the laboratory, he supervises the ordering and delivery of supplies, tests and calibrates equipment to ensure optimum results used by field staff. He performs monthly quality tests to ensure the company meets it quality assurance standards and promoting the continuing professional development of staff and oversee the training of trainees. He is P401 (Identification of asbestos in bulk samples using Polarised Light Microscopy (2009) qualified.
